Why are you passionate about what you teach 

I was diagnosed with a chronic autoimmune condition in my early 20s, so moving my body mindfully over the last decade has changed my life for the absolute better. I believe movement is medicine, as is stillness, and both can be used as tools in self-healing, growth and transformation. I cannot wait to share my love for barre, yoga and pilates with you. They each have their own perks, and together, I think they nourish the body as well as the mind, beautifully. 

 

How would you describe your classes 

My barre, deep house flow and pilates classes are strong yet playful, alignment focused, and always have a flow to them. I want you to have fun with it, be present, and leave feeling stronger and more in tune with your body and mind. In yin, I’ll guide you into your most effortless self, and hold space gracefully so you can surrender and witness what’s surfacing for you.  With all my classes I offer a lot of options, so it's accessible to all.  

Your favourite holiday destination 

Oh but I have two! Indonesia and Italy.

 

Tell us something you love to do outside of the studio 

Ocean swims, being in nature, and spending quality time with my son Byron, and my family and friends.

 

What inspires you 

Music; people who are obsessed with what they do and are on a relentless pursuit; mother nature; and you, the students!
