Monthly Sound Healing

First Saturday evening of each month

6pm with Monika Radeva


Join us for this monthly 75 minute session of Sound Healing.  Monika will guide you through a 15 minute grounding meditation, followed by an immersion of sounds, and sealed with a stillness practice.


All of her crystal bowls are tuned to 432 Hz which is known as the healing frequency as it has been proven to help reduce anxiety, lower the heart rate and blood pressure. It is a frequency that encourages the synchronicity between both brain hemispheres, which increases intuition, insight and creativity.


Monika started her spiritual journey in 2018 but it wasn’t until 2019 when she had her first anxiety attack that she started getting more curious about what she could do to help herself with anxiety and high levels of stress. Throughout this period of navigation, figuring out what anxiety actually means and finding ways to live with it, she became interested in the human body, mind and spirit, and hasn't stopped exploring and trying different modalities ever since.

In the last three years she has attained numerous diplomas in sound healing, meditation and holistic counselling; she completed her yoga teacher training, energy medicine, and more. While honouring her healing process and tuning in with her higher self, she has found her life purpose and that is: helping others on their journey. Helping them reconnect with their bodies, unblocking stagnant energy, elevating their vibrational frequency, and helping them connect to their inner light.

Each of her healing sessions are uniquely crafted and guided, where the primary instruments are her crystal singing bowls, supported with her vocalization. 

Join us for this soothing journey on the first Saturday of each month.

Kundalini yoga a dynamic, powerful tool that is designed to give you an experience of your soul. In Kundalini yoga we harness the mental, physical, and nervous energies of the body and put them under the domain of the will, which is the instrument of the soul. It combines breath, mudra, eye-focus, mantra, body locks, and postures to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity, and purify the blood. It brings balance to the body, mind, and soul. It is a path for everyone who wants the skills to cope successfully with the challenges of our times.


Kundalini is a practice by which we can remove the body blocks that prevent the smooth flow of energy and circulation of the body; transform stress and our emotional and mental burdens and raise our consciousness, transforming our awareness and vigour into constructive energy. With the combination of asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing), mantra (sound) and meditation and with binding these together with our Will we can unleash our inner confidence, embrace life and accomplish our goals whilst staying in touch with our spirit.
