These sessions are a way to assist in awakening kundalini, or lifeforce energy within you. It is a way to deepen your experience of it or perhaps to realise it is already awake!
It is a process of surrender and trust, of simply letting go. Allowing the energy to flow through us, to hold, guide and dance with us can be profound. Every activation and each person's journey with their InnerDance is unique.

Kundalini yoga a dynamic, powerful tool that is designed to give you an experience of your soul. In Kundalini yoga we harness the mental, physical, and nervous energies of the body and put them under the domain of the will, which is the instrument of the soul. It combines breath, mudra, eye-focus, mantra, body locks, and postures to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity, and purify the blood. It brings balance to the body, mind, and soul. It is a path for everyone who wants the skills to cope successfully with the challenges of our times.
Kundalini is a practice by which we can remove the body blocks that prevent the smooth flow of energy and circulation of the body; transform stress and our emotional and mental burdens and raise our consciousness, transforming our awareness and vigour into constructive energy. With the combination of asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing), mantra (sound) and meditation and with binding these together with our Will we can unleash our inner confidence, embrace life and accomplish our goals whilst staying in touch with our spirit.
Sat Ajeet invites you to work with focus and conscious, through Kundalini, we build
confidence and strength to help us moving through life with more flow and ease.

Strip Her
With Caitlin Erica
For Friday 10 February 2023, for eight weeks
Strip Her is an initiation of the forbidden feminine, sacred erotic dance and your unbridled expression. It is a life-changing rite of passage conducted with the utmost reverence and compassion. A safe space dedicated to the delicate unfurling of your sensuality. A soul-quaking, titillating, vivacious journey with full-hearted women to remind you who you really are.
Beautiful woman, you are invited to give yourself the gift of permission; permission to feel really good in your body. There is a special kind of magic that happens when a woman rolls her hips; and a healing that occurs when we allow ourselves to be seen and celebrated by other women.
Together, as a small group of glorious and tender women, we will give ourselves permission to sink into our sensual nature and celebrate our womanhood. As we come into union with our bodies, we’ll gently untangle our true selves from our conditioning; delicately peeling back layers to take back that which has been shamed: our sensuality; our innocent enjoyment of ourselves; our freedom.
Monthly Restorative Yoga
First Saturday of each month, from February 2023
4.30pm with Bridget Muir
Join Bridget for a nourishing 75 minute sunset restorative yoga session, each month. In this class, Bridget will offer yoga asana (poses) that you can surrender to, with the support of props such as bolsters, blankets and blocks. Restorative yoga invites you to "just be" - not having to do anything, or be anywhere - and the essence of this class is rest. Rest is an vitally important part of being human however often society tells us that productivity is key and resting is "lazy". In restorative yoga, we tap into and support the parasympathetic nervous system, where we rest and digest. Life is about having balance, and this monthly class is a beautiful way to set yourself up for the month ahead, and to commit yourself to rest.
Bridget is passionate about sharing these practices as they have supported her in her own life as a busy working parent who has struggled with anxiety and burn out. These practices that Bridget share are ones that she has practiced and embodied herself, and she is inspired by the teachings of restorative yoga teachers, Idit Hefer Tamir and Octavia Raheem, and yoga nidra teacher, Tracee Stanley. This class is for anyone interested or curious about rest.
