Why are you passionate about what you teach
I love Barre Attack! I love teaching it and doing it, it’s just so much fun! Barre Attack to me is the perfect mix of ballet, pilates and fitness that will leave you feeling energised, empowered and strengthen you both physically and mentally. I believe movement is medicine for the body and soul. I want to help my students become the best version of themselves and live their happiest and healthiest life.
How would you describe your classes
I would say, high energy! It’s a full body condition with a focus on lower body and posture with bursts of cardio (think squat jumps, burpees etc).
Your favourite holiday destination
New York City.
Tell us something you love to do outside of the studio
Outside the studio I can be found curled up reading a book. My favourite authors right now are Colleen Hoover and Molly McAdams.

Other instructors, dancers, my students and my mum.
