Service Description

Are you in need of deep rest and relaxation? Come and experience mindful bliss with Diana in this nourishing workshop. Diana will first guide through a gentle slow flow followed by a deeply nourishing Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) practice. Be prepared to immerse yourself in the deepest form of conscious relaxation. Yoga Nidra is a powerful practice for uncovering the pure state of bliss and stress relief. The class will be a mindful exploration of the inner self, which will make you feel centred and at peace. No prior experience is required, this workshop is open to everyone.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel your class reservation online as soon as you know you're unable to make it, to avoid forfeiting your session. You will be charged for the class if you cancel within 4 hours of the class start time, or if you do not attend.  Please note all events are non-refundable. Refunds are only available if an event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.
