Slow Flow to Yin

This class is a mindful meditative flow, focusing on a slower sequence, breath awareness, and conscious alignment. Slow Flow strengthens the body while calming the mind to create spaciousness and clarity. We then transition into a Yin sequence, enjoying longer holds/stretches and tapping into the deep connective tissues of the body. Ideal for beginner yoga students, and also seasoned yogis.
Please cancel your reservation online as soon as you know you're unable to make it, to avoid forfeiting your session. You will be charged for the class if you cancel within 4 hours of the class start time, or if you do not attend.
