At The Flow, we believe pilates, barre and yoga is for everyone. All ages, shapes, backgrounds, and levels of ability are so welcome here. You’ll find a very warm, supportive and diverse community of like-minded beings, free from judgment. 

 

Our classes are physically challenging yet approachable (not to mention super fun!), and our yinlicious classes are deeply relaxing. No matter what class you take with us, you’ll leave feeling more in harmony with your body and mind: energised, embodied and empowered.

The studio provides a warm, intimate setting and there are no more than 10 students per class. This gives us the beautiful chance to provide you with personal care, attention and feedback.

We pride ourselves on the fact that our epic teaching family are not prescribed one way of teaching, but instead offer classes from their heart, their own expression and individuality. Just as they feel at home at The Flow, it’s also your home. Nothing to be, other than your amazing self.
